Dane got home from his two week summer camp with the army this last Tuesday. He went to Dugway Proving Grounds in western Utah and got to blow things up for a week and sleep out side with the boys. Doing artillery makes him happier than a fat kid finding a chocolate bar in his pocket. Who says you have to grow up right? Dane finishes his enlistment in the Army next February. We are still discussing whether he will reenlist. He really enjoys serving in the National Guard, but he also doesn't want to be deployed again. We will see what happens.

I am happy you kept your sanity while he was gone that long. You should have flown out with him so we could go play! Can you tell you are missed?
